Refund policy
We accept returns and refunds within 30 days of delivery only for items that arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.
Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
* Incorrect size selection
* Change of mind
* Buyer’s remorse
* Accidental orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at eme.streetstore@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the issue.
Once we review your claim, we will notify you whether a replacement, refund, or other resolution will be provided.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
As all products are made to order, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, size, or design, please place a new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Please note that products sold through our store are made to order specifically for each customer. Under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized are exempt from the standard 14-day withdrawal right.
Refunds
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
